How do I know if my body has gone into starvation mode? I've cut down on calories, to a specific intake amount as part of this diet I found, but lately, I've been bloated, haven't lost that much, and I'm constantly tired even after a good night's sleep. Should I eat more, or is it just my body adjusting?
