I used to be 145 now I'm nearly 180. I don't take creatine or mass gainers. Just whey lean muscle. The success is what I can lift. 380 squat 235 bench and 245 power clean. My coff. is like 623 which is all american ratio. Anyways, I'm happy with where I am but there is always room for improvement.
