Hello fitness, ima lazy motherfucker and no knowledge about this weightloss thing. The only thing I know is this: You need to train as FUCK and eat a healthy diet and shit, your diet counts to 80% of your weight loss etc. My weight is 209 lbs, what do i need to maintain my weight? If any of you know and tell me, id love you and prais you forever.

you don't have to diet that much at all if you just work out. But you have to work HARD. I don't really like junkfood that much anyways so that was never really a challenge for me, just eat real food and go to the gym and you should lose quite a bit.

try working up to your one rep max on all exercises using either machines or free weights within 1 or 2 days. do a lil cardio after lifting and lemme know how fast u see results. (working up to one rep max means start with little weight and keep increasing). dont forget the 40sec to a min rest between heavier sets. dont rilly hav to worry bout food if u do this. just dont eat the obvious greasy and sugary foods
