About a week ago, I started to plan my diet and exercise regime... However, as always I've not been dedicating myself to it.
But today has been different because I made a horrible discovery; I hadn't realised it before, but I have started getting tiny stretch marks around my belly button, and two tiny ones on both my sides.
Back when it was starting to get noticable that I was putting on weight (I was about 14) I made myself a promise:
"It's not that bad... As long as I don't get too fat, I'll be fine. I'll make sure I never get too overweight."
Today I've just had to admit to myself that I broke that promise.
And even though it was horrible, it was exactly the kick in the balls I needed to get my motivated for this.
I have to lose this weight. I've finally gotten the push I need; so now I'm off to make a chart of a diet and exercise plan. I essentially just need to eat less and excersise more while keeping it in a routine.
The routine is the most important part I think, because I do literally just sit on the computer virtually all day (Yes, I'm ashamed) and getting random chocolate bars and stuff inbetween meals. It just isn't right, and I can't kid myself anymore like I always have: "Oh, one more won't hurt.", "Well I am actually hungry, so having it is actually good for me!" etc. etc. the usual fatty bullshit.
I'll post my diet/excersise plans after I have organised them... That way any of you can help me by adding your own advise and stuff maybe? It would be a great help, and thanks.

You can do plenty without any equipment. Calling him a beta faggot does not disprove this or help his situation.

Good for you for wanting to take a step into the right direction! I found that a lot of swimming and cardio exercises help when you're trying to loose some weight. It doesen't need to be intense exercise. Just needs to be a constant movement of your body to burn those extra calories (if this makes any sense!) If you're not willing to start off spending time swimming or at the gym when you start, you could just take a few mile walk in the morning (walking, not even jogging, can be a big help) and try your best to moderate your intake of food; Making healthy choices such as eating an apple and water for breakfast, ect. Best of luck to you and I hope all goes well!
Well I'm on the other side of the spectrum to you, I'm trying to gain weight. But I think the same principles follow. What really helped me was seeing change, it can take a while, but when you notice a top is tighter, or your jeans looser, you get a fantastic feeling, you kinda just want to show it off. I also like Zyzz's frame of mind when it comes to excersizing "Train with passion, heart and rage". What helps some people is taking a picture of their body once a week, to see improvements. Hope all goes well!
