Gonna spend a whole month for leg training, I'm new to fit, So my standards might not be as harsh as yours, For a shock routine, I did 20 squats and other routines(lunges, lying bicycle, inverted leg raise, etc) then a 30min jog, today, I will try for 40 squats along with other exercises, my concern is, how many squats should I do to prepare myself for more complicated alternatives (burpee, squat jumps and other), possible standard for a regular 19yo
