Do variations of Pushups and crunches. Crunches benefits more than situps when it comes to abs. Just don't focus on doing one type of variations. You need to do "muscle confusion".

i can do 64 situps in 60 seconds, and i can do 50 pushups with out stopping,

i usually do 116 situps, and do the 50 pushups (after the first 40 my arms get tired, second number without stopping is around 36-37) i get tired after doing these two so i do deep jump squats in between, and and continue doing this for an hour a day, ive been doing this for about 2 months, what do /fit/

if you can try to find a way to do dips, those are great for your chest and triceps, and pullups/chinups do wonders for your biceps if you go up and down fully, you can also try decline and wideset pushups
