I think I'm gonna buy Insanity because I've heard such high praise about it and I'm currently stuck on a "plateau" or whatever you call it but it's always nice to hear other people's opinions, anyone here done it?

Call me whatever you want, but I've never used it to understand it and I don't even know it it's on there PLUS all I really need right now is just reviews, right? nothing lost nothing gained

It's in there alright. Deluxe edition and all.

Insanity is for losing weight. If you are stuck on the weight-gaining side of exercising, do High Intensity Interval Training; it's always helped me break plateaus.

I know, I want to lose weight, thankyou though. Dancing helps me a lot (I study performing arts) I feel like I'll just get bigger if I start lifting weights (but is that just me being ignorant?) Ooh I might give it a try then, thankyou!

You can lift weights and gain density and strength but no volume if you go for heavy weights, low repetitions (2-5) and ALWAYS avoid failure; make sure you can still do one or two more reps.
