So, I'm not really liking the ways my body has been ballooning recently. I've started walking every day and limiting shitty foods. Does anyone know of any specific exercises that target belly fat? I'm female, in case that makes a difference.

There's no such thing as spot fat reduction. 1. Abs are built in the kitchen not in the gym. Control your diet. Cut fatty foods, anything that makes you say I probably shouldn't eat this don't eat it. I can send you some diet links if you like. 2. You've gotta burn fat from everywhere for it to come off your stomach. Do lots of cardio, maybe some crossfit or some such. Doing sprints can really help burn fat. If that's not your thing don't shy away from some distance running at a slower pace. 3. Don't be afraid to lift some weights so your abs have some toned arms and legs to look good next too. Lifting weights, even with your arms or legs, will burn fat from your whole body which will help expose that six pack. The only thing ab exercises will help with is deciding what your abs will look like when you manage to expose them. When I got skinny my abs just looked like six little lumps. Doing ab exercises only helps to turn them into six rectangles and make them a little larger. Hopefully that helps, if you need a better guide just shoot me a message and I'll send you a link or two to really help you get a plan going :)

You can't really target lose, just eat healthy, regulate your calories and do some cardio also drink a LOT of water before you eat, it helps your body realise if you're hungry or just thirsty

Limit calories to 1400-1700 a day. Don't eat fats with carbs. Stay away from sugar.

Do a lot of core exercises and cardio lift. Do not run for more than 5 minutes.
