Hello /fit/, first time here for me but heres my question.
I am kinda overweight and im going to a new school in 3 months and i want to make a good impression. So what is a good (not nessecary fast) way to lose around 20 kilograms?

Diet is honestly the biggest thing. Stop drinking soda, not even diet. Eat fruit, it helps. Sunflower Seeds also help you lose weight. Have a 1/4 cup of those each day. Even excersising for 20 or so minutes a day does the trick. I put my laptop in front of my treadmill and walk at 4 mph while I watch 1 episode from an anime or MLP. In 2 months, I had lost 10 pounds. It was simple, not tiring, and fun. Good luck!

I would suggest you to run.
In my town there 's a 7km long park and when I was fat I used to run 2 times per week.
It's not for everyone , depends on how exactly fat you are .
I'm 17. And i was 77kg.Now I'm 66 kg( lost almost all my fat, now I'm trying to gain weight)
Food is also extremely important, go calculate how many calories you should consume and choose your meals.
