So I'm currently in the process of losing weight and I'm down 10 pounds with 20 more to go. Once I reach my goal weight, I'm planning on starting to practice baking again since its what I want to do when I'm older, and inevitably I'll be eating some of the stuff I make.
So, my question is can I eat these baked goods as long as I exercise daily in order to keep the weight off? Or will it not matter since I'm consuming a bunch of sugars, fats, etc?
