guys I need your help

I have 10% body fat, 5'6, 14, and I workout on a bowflex pr1000 mon-tues -thurs-fri.
I am trying to get overall body strength and abs.
this is my workout:
mon n thurs:
incline bench, lying tricep extension, seated lat rows, seated rear deltoid rows, n standing biceps curl. I dropset on bench, tricep n bicep sometimes, n I do 3 sets regularly for 10-15 reps.

tues-fri:
leg extension, standing leg kickback, trunk rotation n seated ab crunch. included in the workout ( in book) are leg press n hip adduction, but I skip those. should I skip or not?

wed, sat n sun are rest, should I keep at rest or do some more excercise in those days?
stats: weight 115-120 lbs, bench 150, arms 13 in, waist 28,
chest 32, height 5'6,and if I flex hard enough you can see a kind of defined 4 pack.

and I have barely hit puberty with lots of pubes, but 5 armpit hairs and faint chest hair.

supplements:
Muscletech 6 star whey protein ( 1 scoop after every workout and daily)
Muscletech creatine ( I think its 6 star) 1 scoop daily as well.

so guys should I wourkout more or less and any additional advice you can give on my regimen?

btw I am Indian if that makes a difference.
Thx.

when you say going through the motion, do you mean concentrating the muscle and cramping it throughout each rep, or by curling to the maximum point?

BTW, One does not simply do many isolation excercises on a Bowflex (pr1000)
