Going to start running soon, like totally get into shape. I want it more than air.

Any way I was just wondering do I run as fast as I can or do I run at a pace?

you keep a pace for a while but you should incorporate interval training if you want to lose weight. The payoff for interval training of going hard then slowing down makes your heart adjust. and pushing your body to its limit does burn more calories than just jogging. But you only supposed to do interval training like 2 to 3 times a week because all that starting and stopping your heart can be bad if you do it every single time. but yes it will burn more calories.

run at a pace, so you can go for longer, and therefore burn more. Running as fast as you can for as long as you can is get for sprinting, but that's about it. Setting a pace and sticking to it for as long as you can is the best way to do it.
