Newfag at a local gym here. I need some advice on what to actually do now that I work out here 5 days a week. How do I schedule my workouts? What good exercises do I do? Any good advice on what to do or how to plan out my workout week would be great. Thank's a lot

Stay hydrated too. That's super fucking important, especially if you're taking creatine.

Creatine allows your muscles to hold more water, and if you have no water in you, they cramp like a motherfucker.

Since you gave absolutely no details I will do for you what I can.

Do cardio everyday unless your legs are starting to hurt the next day.

Work on your core everyday.

Do arms back and chest one day, legs the next.

Don't do the same muscle group two days in a row, running doesn't count as legs unles you're sprinting.

Buy some creatine, that will help you build mass and strength quickly.
