Okay /fitness/, here the usual story.
I'm 15, about 5'10 and i weigh like 190. I don't look that fat, but I am chubby.
I want to loose weight, mostly because I enjoy doing parkour.
I also want to gain muscle, not just look like a twig.
Any suggestions guys?

Join your schools wrestling team if they have one.

Just go for toning, go swimming, go running, if you do weight training do higher reps, lower weights etc. Eat healthier, fruits, pasta etc. I'm not expert, just my reccomendation, maybe someone with more knowledge can tell you better :)

By parkour, I mean I can jump off stuff and roll well, but I can't do half the shit that i want to do
