if I want to loose weight how often should I got swimming and does anyone know a good website to learn yoga from begginer to advanced
average person burns about +/-2000 kcal a day, ingest less than that and/or burn more energy by exercising

I dont have time to everyday I can do other stuff on other days but I don't have time or the money to visit the pool every day I can do 3-4 times a week which is why I mention house yoga also how do I tone down a bicep I would like to be around 115 pounds because im short
you don't even have to do anything physically to lose weight. you fix your diet, calories in - calories out. Lets say you eat 3000 kcal a day, you have to burn at least 3000 kcal to hold your weight. easy, right? now what do you do if you want to lose weight? two options:
1. Eat less kcal than you daily burn by walking, breathing etc. Calculate your BMR and eat less than this.
2. Burn more kcal than you consume.

Buy a treadmill or go running. If public humiliation or embarrassment bothers you when running, then that should just be all the more motivation you need to continue running. And, running is free. You can also, do different variety of push ups to help tone your upper body a bit while you lose weight. It'll also help burn more calories during your day. Also, sit-ups, crunches, and reverse crunches to tone those abs when you get down to about 120.
