Is it normal to get stretch marks on your biceps / triceps and armpit / pecs after a workout?
No, i'm afraid you are entirely wrong.
Stretch marks are not caused by skin stretching to fast at all.
Stretch marks are caused when the skin is stretched to a certain point, and then the muscle underneath slowly gets smaller.
So if you do too many curl get a pump, your muscle grows temporally larger and your skin stretches, after you lose your pump and vascular increase, the skin is no longer stretched out and "sags" to produce the stretch marks.
I have some, and i know how they work. Do some research.
