So I'm going into the corps of cadets in Virginia Tech and I'm required to be able to run for two miles and do pull-ups and crunches for two minutes each. I'm mostly concerned with the running. Any tips on getting my endurance up to a two mile run in about a month?

Run, not just normally, run up hill, down hill, with weight, without weights, different terrains, etc.

Thanks man. Any advice on how much I should increase my distance every time? I think I'm at half a mile so far, next I'm going for a mile.

Well, what I do is I go running around my house. I used to go to the church in the next block, then when i got more conditioning i went to the pharmacy which is like 11 blocks away (after a month of running and parkour training).
So it's mostly about how you feel it.

No prob. Oh and pro tip. If you don't feel like running, RUN. Once you start slacking off it all goes to shit.
