Hi all.
So here i am sitting 2 stone lighter than what i was at Christmas 2011. I seem to have lost 2 stone, and it's no longer moving. If anything i eat the smallest thing and i find myself worried as it goes up like....4lbs if i do. I'm turning to anyone who can help me out on what to do? I've been trying the gym 4 times a week but work commitments as of late has made it incredibly difficult to do so. Last week i managed it twice, this week only once but intend on going Friday. Can anyone give any advice at all on trying to shift this inanimate weight?

Start changing what kind of exercises you do. Watch your calorie count. Either that or start bulking up and building up a fuckload of muscle.
