Ive been working out on and off for about 7 years now, only recently (less than 2 years) kept up with it (3-5x a week) and I've done every different exercise I could think of or look up. Recently I stopped caring about straight strength training and numbers and turned to HIIT, I never do the same exact routine and majority of workouts I go until failure instead of counting reps. I hate running and my bike is fucked up so for cardio I just hit the heavy bag. I still have a lot of work to do. sittin around 5'10 160lbs and 5-6% body fat.
