Ok guys, I'm only 13,and I weigh 160lbs and 5'8, but I'm black belt TKD, and blue belt Karate, been out of training for about 6 months. Sudden urge to get in shape. Started training at TKD again, but I have no weights. So far I'm doing 20 Tri-Cep Pressups, 30 sit-ups, and 20 Bi-Cep pressups, and 300+mtr swims.Anyone know of anyway to grow my muscle mass that's bearable at my age?
Well, I know I'm gonna grow more, and I've been doing martial arts for 7 years, but my muscles are already showing up more than they used to, but I'm just sick of being over-weight despite the work I do anyway, so I thought might aswell do more, even if it's just to lose weight, I'm eating better also.
ok, it doesn't matter where you put your arms on a lat pulldown machine.
you have to imagine in your mind what muscle is being worked, in this case the lats.
if you are straining your biceps or triceps, then the weight is too heavy, knock it down a few notches, and try again
