Whats the best kind of workout to help your elbows and arms? I dislocated and cracked my elbow at the age of 13 (right arm too) and ever since then i quit sports. now i just go full cardio at the gym and track which isnt really bad at all, but i just wanted to know of a way to make up for what I've lost. I mean im fit and all, i just want my elbow to improve. push ups just dont do it for me, and i can barely bench-press 60ibs because of this...
What I do is, take a dumbell, 10 or 20 pounds, whatever you can do, bring it to your side and lift it outwards.

So like pretend that's your body, bring your arms away from your body and go up and down, do 3 sets of 10. That's a good start.
