Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. You don't need dumbbells; you can do this with pretty much anything that you can hold in one hand. OR you can tie a rope around and pull it.

Obtain screwdriver and many screws (preferably thick ones).
Obtain plank of wood (the thicker the better).
See how many screws you can get into the plank of wood in a minute. Attempt to beat record.

Also works with nails and hammering them into the wood.

There are loads of exercises for your forearm muscles.

Clench your fingers and make your hand into a fist. Open up your fist and repeat this process as fast as you can at a numerous amount of times.

The most effective way of getting some toned forearm muscles is to buy a hand gripper. Hand grippers also work on your hand muscles.
