Do you guys know any exercises for only one of the pec muscles? Since the left one is bigger I want to avoid training it more until the other one is just as big.
haha no shit, im a lefty too, yeah that type of thing happens, everyone has a stronger side, many youre the only one who can notice it because youre aware of your body. although if it gets too noticeable you might be relying a bit more on your left side when bench pressing so drop down to a weight where you feel both sides can handle the pressure evenly
I would just do different workouts that focus on your chest, and do them until you think both arms are at the same level, since one will be able to take more weight than the other and the weaker one will naturally catch up. That's how I fixed it, just takes some time. Although it will never be totally the same.
