hey, im 16 and im kind of out of shape after a year of quitting weightlifting and football, any of you could recommend any at home or gym routines and diet to get fit? any advice is much appreciated
cametocomment's suggestion is pretty good.
However there's another program I liked better (I have completed both of them). Same thing, go to TPB and look for "Visual Impact Muscle Building".
You probably already know this, but nutrition is extremely important; You should consume a diet of ~3,500 calories. Divide it up into 6 smaller meals, each consisting of (give or take) 500 calories, 20-40gr of protein and 80-100gr of carbohydrates.
Good luck.

If you are a pirate and want to get in really good shape go on TPB and then find "Heart of a champion" it's a fitness routine who will get you in great shape, i did it for 8 weeks and i am still following it and i got some sick abs now!
