Here's my situation, I'm 18, roughly 11 stone and 5,6, I'm pretty much average for what I should be for my health etc but I haven't got much muscle or a defined chest or anything, recently I bought a bench/ weights etc to get fit.
I want to have some sort or fitness schedule and diet to follow but there are an insane amount of ones online.
I'd appreciate it if you guys could post the ones that have gave you resultsor have worked for you so I could follow the same ones.

search for the "mass gain plan by lui marco" on google (he stored it on facebook and youtube now i think) and after you gained enough muscles you should start the killerbody plan but only if you are advanced because that plan is really hardcore
