Who the fuck has been running around thumbing everything on the board down? IDK, I can't do too much because it's my rest day, but the most that I've done at once is 55 and that was a while ago, I don't even count it but hopefully I can do more now. Hopefully
really? I can do 14 (and not more. 14 was my best so far with closed legs and to the nose). It took me most of the time to get to 2-3 reps but then i got quick to 10 and more. But shoulder training at the gym helps a lot I think. It makes it easier to balance for me.
I went to circus school when I was younger (inb4 circus freak..) so that's where I learned to balance and stuff, never fell or anything, didn't have a reason to "fear" it, so when I fell, which I thought was never going to happen, my body just refuses to go beyond 5.. my shoulders starts to click and my whole body spasms.. :/
be careful though, don't push yourself too hard! keep up the good work ;)

circus freak haha that's cool! But I am sorry to hear that you unexpectedly collapsed and have problems now :/ It's something like a psychological barrier that has been created in your mind, right? It's really hard to lose that 'barrier' I think.
haha ^^
yeah, I guess you can call it a barrier.. and yes, it's REALLY hard to get rid of it.. :/
even if I focus REALLY hard on balancing after I've done 5 (it's when I start to get tired, tried ten minutes before I posted last comment) then every muscle shifts about trying to keep me up without using the half-tired muscles, and I can't focus enough to use only the muscles I need, so the weaker ones go in and stabilize for no reason at all, it's really frustrating :/
