I'm a little afraid to post in here because it looks like a sausage fest (and I feel like a loser), but quite honestly I'm looking for advice.
To start:
I am a female
16 years old
5'3" (63cm)
125lbs (56kg)
I'm not as concerned about weight or "dropping pants sizes" as I am about getting fit. I want to be "toned", I suppose? I can tone my legs easily. Legs are always the easiest. As for my arms, well, it's always good to not have bat-wings without being "buff". My abs is my biggest concern. I don't know how to effectively work all parts or what diets to follow to make it happen. I don't need washboard abs like men, I just want the flat stomach with the ever sexy "V".
I am huge foody. I love food, all food -- the good and the bad. I also tend to eat when I'm stressed or bored. As a full-time high school student and part-time college student, I am perpetually stressed. Sometimes I don't even have time to go to the gym.
So, with my goals and weaknesses in mind, what kind of advice can you guys give me to help me out?

first you are 16 and should not care how you look, If you desperately want to lose weight find a hobbie which keeps you active as it will increase your metabolism which effects will last long after you finish the hobbie as a result you will be able to eat whatever the fuck you want while having a fun and healthy day to day life style for example I used to be quite overweight and weak until I began freediving (aswell as football and cricket) and I could eat what I wanted while losing weight and building muscle although more importantly I built CONFIDENCE as getting confidence is the key to getting out and doing fun stuff socially (this will also reduce stress and anxiety). Hope it helps.most importantly don't stop eating as you will put the weight straight back on.Just eat healthier 5 fruit and veg a day or around that.If you do take my advice get a mate to do the hobbie with you as it will keep you interested and try things you would never have thought you would usually enjoy for example did you think a fat me really thought I would lose all my weight by freediving? no but its just trial and error have fun with it and goodluck.
Pro tip - drink water it naturally burns calories especially if its cold as the body burns calories by heating the water.
