Okay, so I'm 16 years old, 189cm tall and weighs 84kg. I have lost a lot of weight the last year, and I am one of the best in my age group in javelin throw, in Norway.
I just wondered, does anyone have a tip to get rid of the last fat on my belly?

Cut the carbs, up the cardio.
Hard fast cardio, sprints and stuff work best for fat loss.

I have trained 9 times a week for half a year. I'm almost in the top 10 in 100meters in my age group in Norway now. So I train sprint a lot too. Thanks

It's so simple; eat less.. if your body needs, lets say, 3000 calories to stay at the weight you're at right now, then you need to eat only 2500 calories a day, to lose weight and not burn muscles. Simple as that. Remember you can expand you limit of calories by doing cardio

Keep going. There is
NO SUCH THING
as spot fat removal.. You can't control where you lose your body fat, in no way what so ever. Keep working out, dont forget the large muscles, do squats and bench press, and remember to run, then you will see results :)

Thank you :) I run and work out every day and I will just continiue what I'm doing now. Since there are no miracle cures :(
The most important thing for me is to do well in my track and field events anyways :) (javelin, shot put, discus and long jump)

You sound like you're motivated, and judging from your picture you will be there very soon, it's a good and healthy work out you've got going. Just remember how great to good results feel when you reach your goals. Healthy food and good work outs, you'll get there soon.
gif related, it's the only work out gif i've got.

Lifting twice a week is good for maintenance, to really put on muscle you're gonna want to do either a 3 day a week SS or SL program or 4 or 5 day split

I have actually gained muscle, cause I work out hard in javelin, sprint and core strengt 9 times per week. I have gone from 70 to 130 in bench press in half a year.

My advice, cut out the bench press. Bench press really isn't good for anything but ruining your shoulders, especially for a thrower. If you want chest development, switch to dumbell presses, and dumbell/cable flies. I've been bodybuilding for about 5 years, and trust me, nothing works the pecs like flies.
Do your shoulders, and your career as a thrower a favor, and quit the barbell bench.

Thank you, untill now my chest training have been more of a 50/50 benchpress and cablecross flies. I'll cut out the bench and focus more on the flies then :) I do a lot of push ups too (one arm, wide and narrow) is that smart to continiue with or should I do something else?

Pushups are fine. They're not super great at chest development, but that's just because they use your front head of your deltoid and triceps also. They won't damage your shoulders though.
