alright, im 18 years old and about 5ft7in (about 170cm i think) and 65kg, (130lbs). im going on holiday in 3 months and i wanna drop my fat % from 22% down to about 15% before i go, i go to the gym 5 times a week and my cardio is mainly walking and cycling. i am on a decent diet. do you guys know of anything extra i can do to drop that extra bit of fat? i have decently toned muscles but they dont show through very well on the gut due to these last bits of fat :( any advice?

Fuck steady state cardio. It is a waste of time, and calories. If you want to lose fat, look up HIIT training, and stop eating carbs past breakfast. Drink a gallon of water a day. If you are "hitting the gym" 5 days a week, I'm assuming that means lifting??? you need to up your intensity. Push yourself. Use more weight, squeeze out the last couple reps, even when they are really hard, but maintain good form.

Fortunately I don't need to do cardio as I have a metabolism that rivals that of a hummingbird, BUT one of my best friends, and lifting buddies, used HIIT cardio and carb cycling to drop 30lbs of fat in a month. He could have kept going, but losing that much weight that fast kinda freaked him out, so he stopped. LOL

you go to the gym 5 days a week and still have fat on your gut?..

add powelifting moves to your workout
deadlifts, sqauts and clean and press but treat them like cardio going light and 12 reps

and walking isnt cardio faggot

walking 25 mins to the gym and 25 mins back burns out about 240 calories...faggot...
