Overhead and front squats are where its at, full on test of balance, stability and neuromuscular coordination. currently got mine to 70kg Overhead, 100kg front and 160kg back for 5 reps.

Thank you I absolutely hate the people that say squat and leg press are the same thing I max squat 405 on three reps I can leg press 455 ten times

Yeah it's bullshit. People think they're hard cuz they can move 6 plates a side on leg press, but they can't squat 225 with proper form, or depth.
