Whats the best method of training to get some muscle definition... might i just add i dont have a gym within 20 miles of me.

this may sound basic and stupid, but push ups do wonders. incline, decline, and level pushups are amazing tools. they work your arms, shoulders, and chest. also pull ups, while they may suck, are also a great too for your biceps, shoulders, and back. also look into isometrics, i love those. you could also look into buying your own dumbells. you can do so many things with a pair of those its ridiculous. also look into crossfit, also of that stuff is machine/weight free. for core/abs, decline situps, clams, and reverse (inverse?) situps are your friend. you could also try and find a way to do dips, all you need is a pair of suspended bars. with those bars you could also do great core workouts. hope that helps
