From my personal experience i found that in terms of size and strength gains it was very impressive however i found i suffered from all the common side effects such as tight muscles, reduced flexibly, muscle cramps and it really dried out my joints even though i was drinking loads of water. Thing with creatine is thats its just water weight within two weeks of me coming off it i had lost 6 pounds and i wasn't able to lift no where near what i could before. Personally i would say if you're looking for quick gains its a good suppliment but on a long term basis i would say its a waste of time.
Probarbly one of the best supplements i've ever used mate.
Started using it about 4 weeks ago now, gone up in strength so much, 5 weeks ago my max for Dumbbell shoulder press was 17.5kg DB's, now i'm comfortably on 35kg DB's.
I would highly recommend it.
Just drink a fuck load of water though, for your kidneys!

Thing is soon as you come of it you will piss away all your size and lose most of your strength for the 1st few months its a cool suppliment but after 3 months you will be telling a different story when your joints starts to suffer. I know this from personal experience before i get called a hating fag
