jogging won't really do much other than really being a cardio aspect. Tips for losing weight are
- explosive cardio. I use an elliptical machine. I have high resistance for 3.5 minutes pedaling at about 70-75% power, then switch to a low resistance for 1.5 minutes but a full out sprint (pedal 100%). I do this for 20 minutes, followed by a cool down cardio.
- don't cut out weights. People believe that weights will not help with fat burning. If you do lower weights but more reps, it will help get a deep burn in the muscle which will continue to burn muscle for hours after the workout. I usually do a lot of core body workouts.
- don't cut out on water. Keep hydrated
- diet. do i need to say more?

i do about 30 push ups at a time, my dumbells are 35 pounds and i can do 20 reps with each arm
i eat about 2 meals a day i usually dont keep track of what it is that i eat for lunch but i always have a salad for dinner
