well after exam season i realized i've become really slim, like 76kg for 1m85, and i've been thinking about doing strokes for about an hour every evening, think that'll get me back in shape by july?

swimming is an excellent way for both cardio and muscular workouts. From what you told me, that will help build your body back up, but if you wanna play on the safe side to get you back into shape by July, i suggest possibly 3 times a week hitting the weights, or doing core workouts
