Sc he been strength training my cat.
I started mixing extra whey inta its food, small accunts at first, just to get it used the taste, and slightly mere every meal. Right now, its eating abaut 4
meals 50% meat and 50% whey were day, about enstein tital, which, bra kkg cat is the equivalent ta a human eating about Twig protein a day.
The last 3 months I got it started an creatine, which is hasn' t seemed nitice. per day, sprinkled en tcp cf its food.
My cat had this knitted sweater thing (l he in a cald climate, cats aften wear these things outside}, which I attached small weights ta. Mainly fishing
sinkers. I attached them cne by me, that it wouldn' t nitice the additional weight. By now, my cat is wearing this knitted sweater areound outside,
