I think what the OP means is that we should stop with the ******** kind of equality where a business has to put X% of women in the top positions because of "equality", whether or not they are actually the best qualified candidate.

Same goes for hiring blacks over whites even if they are under-qualified because the job needs more "diversity" and "equality".

This is already completely illegal, and has been for a long time, at least in the US.

well I believe that here in Denmark we actually have a law which states that women has to have x% of all top positions.. And it is a progessive trend here in the west that if you a business doesn't hire enough blacks they're accused of racism, or is afraid to be labeled racist.

Well, can't speak for you, then. I'd imagine it's pointless since if the business owners actually are prejudiced, they'll intentionally hire underqualified women and minorities so they can remain in charge.
