You need to login to view this link not pushing religion on you in any way just scroll down a bit. In regards to the rest you may wanna ask why she would go knowing its not a good place to be, understanding its her mom but i grew up in that kind of environment and well its fucking horrible so the brains actually having a hard time comprehending why someone would willingly go somewhere where they know shit could go bad quick....keep in contact with her so if something does happen you will know and if you cant get there dont be afraid to call the cops or something along those lines, even if you know it will piss her off you would be doing it to end what could be life threatening once that sinks in if she was mad it should subside. Again though only if you know something is happening and its a necessary. sorry if its not that helpful but when push came to shove for me i got into a fistfight with my moms bf and once i heard the cops were coming i ran like hell and ended up at a monastery

What age because in most states you can get exonerated at 16 so this way you will be your own guardian, while it throws you into adulthood quick it can be helpful if you need to get out of a bad situation and most judges will look at the situation and the age and that close to 18 if you have prof of somewhere you can go its easier for them to say okay your now your own guardian rather then having you spend a year or two in foster care

we're both only 14(don't stereotype me) but her fathers trying to get custody and when her mother gets the court papers we're afraid she's gonna think if she can't have them, no one can. (we because she has a younger sister)

Well if her dad does get custody it will most likely be because of the boyfriend and the fact her mom is a psycho in that kind of situation if any aggression or though that she might try something stupid her dad can easily get a restraining order or only let visits happen under close supervision.
