I'm not gonna go in some huge back-story because you see it a lot here, but, long story short, a girl I liked a year ago found out I like(d) her, she told me she liked me too (present) but she didn't think I liked her back (we had a mutual thing). She stopped liking me because she thought I didn't feel the same way. (In other words we stopped the relationship because neither of us confessed our feeling [I'm shy I guess...]) She started liking some other guy, he doesn't like her, she's still all over him, he's gross, me and her are great friends, Doctor Who, Sherlock, and music are our little shared interests. I still want her, she doesn't see it. What do Funnyjunk, what do?

Sack the fuck up and tell her. Pretty much the worst case scenario is she says that she doesn't feel the same way anymore, it would hurt but you'll live, and it's better than a million "what ifs" running through your head. What ifs gargle monkey balls, I hate them.

True. You save quite some time, effort and I mean once you've asked tadaa!. If she happens to say no, you'll be awkward with her for a really short time and then you can go back to being good friends. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE.
