FunnyJunk doesn't mean to post anything on the site that we don't have permission to use. All the media we have on here, was submitted by users who claim they owned the copyrights to, and gave us permission to use.

Of course it's easy for anyone to submit false claims. That's why if you own a peice of media that you own the copyright to and don't want us posting it, e-mail us, and we'll take it down within 48 hours.

If you're a big media company, you don't have to bother sending us a huge faxed letter or a snail mail. We'll definitely comply. We're just a bunch of college folks here
