correct me if the joke went right over my head, but that is an unfinished sims house or some **** . I mean, why would the chairs be floating and why would they in a perfect position if a flood hit them.

It doesn't usually take much to wash things away, but if the water isn't moving very fast, or if the water just isn't deep enough heavy items would stay where they are. Hell, those things could actually be bolted or cemented into the ground.
