Depends if you have a job, and will keep said job when you move.
Also depends on how comfortable you intend on living.

Which includes...
how big the apartment/house you're renting is
who you live with, if anyone
If utilities are involved (electricity, water, gas)
Cable and internet
If you have your own furniture to take, or plan to buy one that's pre-furnished

For me and my brother....we had basically all of the furniture, and just moved it to the apartment, and then to the house we're in now.
We didn't move very far, so we kept our jobs.
We had to pay for our own utilities and cable/internet though where we moved, which isn't too much since we have pretty basic connections.

Whether you keep the job you have now or not will play a big part.
You either want to keep it...or KNOW you're going to quickly be able to find a new one.
Otherwise you're going to need a couple grand saved up so you have time to find one.
If you move with others, obviously there (should be) more leeway, since it would be assumed you're splitting the prices.

Well being as I'd probably move a decent way away from where I live, I wouldn't keep the job I currently have. I wouldn't want to anyway since this job kinda sucks dick, but whatever.


I'd have to find a new one, depending on where I move, so that's why I'm saving up as much money as I can, but still allowing myself to spend, being as I just got a pay raise and some other stuff giving me more money. So a new job is clearly a requirement, since I don't want to move out and live somewhere in the area I currently live, because I hate it here, its expensive, and I can just live with my parents.

If it's within an hour's time, I'd recommend going to that city, driving around town, and actually looking into, and applying to places to get hired.
This is assuming you already have a potential apartment already picked out to move into as well.

Best case scenario, you get it set up so that when you move, you already have a company that said "Sure, we'll hire you"

As for costs, Pre-furnished apparments/homes can cost substantially more, a couple hundred a month more depending on the quality, and how they go about with Up-keep (like if they have maids, or if they expect you to keep it clean, which they WILL)
Pre-furnished will be more expensive, and require a good amount more responsibility.

Utilities included usually only apply to larger complex buildings, appartment homes very rarely will include this in their costs. if they do, it's usually an extra 50-100$ a month over one that doesn't.

I plan on moving 2-3 hrs away, so a trip to said area is completely possible.

Getting my own furniture is completely possible, since it'd be my own and I can bring a decent amount with me. One of my co-workers has a moving buisness so i'll hold onto his number to help cheapen the move, if need be.

In your case, being a few hours away, you're going to want as much planned out as you possibly can before you start moving. You don't want to get moved there, and then have to move back just a few months later because you couldn't get an income.
So make time to make a few trips there, call some possible employers ahead of time.

The utilities question is pretty hard to answer. It depends on how much they actually will charge you if it's included, and how much you actually use in electricity and water. If you're the kind of guy that leaves lights on...cranks up the AC in summer, and Heater in Winter...falls asleep with the TV on, etc, you'll probably want a place that has it included in their costs rather than paying it yourself every month.

Furniture is pretty easy to figure out, you just need to either make sure the extra cost of a pre-furnished apartment is do-able for you in terms of money, or just make sure you don't go on some insane shopping spree and loose all your money.

When it comes to eventually purchasing a house, if that's what you're doing right now with your brother, how could I possibly go about doing that?

This is what they got. It's not an HD game, it's all blocks. There is only so much they can make. To be honest, you're never going to see your own skin anyway. It's like Spartan armor. Sure it looks...... good... ish.... but it doesn't really make a difference.

Well, this is my skin. I don't think I look so bad. It's nothing HD but it works. To me, it's more about the gameplay then it is the graphics. Kids these days are too focused on how shiny the games are.

So I gained 20 construction levels today. I had a daily challenge to make 100 oak benches. Not that hard, right? So I went to make 100 oak benches, when I actually read the challenge and saw that it said 100 flatpack oak benches
Which are apparently a completely different thing as I came to find out. So I made a regular wooden workbench (because that's all I could make), only to discover that wooden workbenches can only be used to make construction items from 1-20. So I then had to take the oak planks I bought and train construction building the other kind of oak benches, just so I could get to 32 and make an oak workbench.

I didn't even follow that...

I've been working on Agility, I think I'm gonna go for 81 actually, that way I can use (almost) all of the shortcuts in the game., most notably for me...the Slayer Dungeon, and Tower shortcuts

I have 40 construction now and I didn't even want it.

Go to Gnome Stronghold course from 1-35
Barbarian Course from 35-52
Wilderness Course from 52-70
Ape Atoll course from 70-85 (or whatever level it is for the first advanced course)
Then 85-90 at that one...then to the second advanced course

Not sure what else they might have added.

I got a clue scroll that wanted me to go to the barbarian course once. Of course that was when I had 1 agility. Now I can actually go there! But that clue scroll is long gone.

You have to do the Barbarian Bar Crawl to get in, at least in the old version.

So it would take me over a day to get from 75 to 81 via the artisan workshop

Could be worse, not that great though.

Cost efficient though. 10k iron would only get me 2k platebodies. Which is 250k exp I think.

So how much would that cost?

1.9mil for all the ore I think. Its only like, 40k exp an hour, but it saves money.

It takes like, 10 seconds to make something, and you only get 101 exp for iron armor. 111 if you make whatever you're told to make.
