That's okay. Most people do, because they just assume that all items have a static value. You need to look at what people have and tired and figure out what they want.

Take me for example: I seem to be stockpiling gems, but notice my lack of rare items. I'm more concerned with things that have a practical use they point values or rankings.

So things like ores, gems, and other component items are more valuable to me that rare items that do nothing but raise my score.
