Yea. I tried finding it when you first posted it but reserve search didn't lead anywhere.
I knew it was theawkwardyeti's work, but I couldn't find the exact link for it. I was looking at his ... uhm blue self and the organs links instead of his other stuff.

It looked like Awk Yet's art work, but I don't think it had sauce within it's self like his work normally does.

Looking at the original source, it's there on the last image but whoever put it together cut it out. That just makes it harder on people to find source, artists don't get credit, etc etc.
