I nuked the Legion but I wish I should've saved and see what the other places would look like

There are only 2 new locations:
Long 15 (nuked NCR)
Dry Wells (nuked Legion)

Both have the Ghoul-a-fied version of their soldiers and are very similar to the Marked Men. The only difference is the location and what each location's "leaders" armor.
Ex:
NCR: Colonel Rouz (I think) Has a special type of power armor with a bear head as a shoulder pad.

Legion: Gaius Magnus has armor very similar to The Legate's armor.
