It depends a lot on realism and how much, well, gore there is. A movie with someone's head blowing up is fine, but someones head actually exploding isn't.

Let me know how it goes if you do, PS2 emulation can be hit or miss. If you don't like any of the Shin Megami Tensei games you probably don't have to bother, it's super random encounter'y. Amazing for the sound, visuals and setting, though. Also you eat people with your mouth-tits.
