Regarding the reference. women give men signals that they want sex, such as, throwing a guy down and hopping on top, which apparently could still mean that the girl was raped if she doesnt enjoy it / changes her mind afterwards / gets caught cheating by her husband / or was legally sober (but had had a drink earlier) then this is rape . SO to protest this rape, there were girls walking around topless, (no bra, no respect for themselves), and were holding a sign that said "Still not asking for it"
