Okay that honestly did seem unfair for her, she was obviously not that height and she was fat so it's impossible for her to pull it off
Yo, if she was fat, why did she even bother going on the show? That's the dumbest thing ever. It's like a midget trying to compete in the NBA.
I'm not debating that, but the clip that's from is Most Likely, from the CN show due to the fact you don't people like her in Japanese television. (at least to my knowledge)
Hole in the wall is on Netflix, you could watch every episode to prove me wrong?

Lol, casually ask them to watch every episode of that show to prove you wrong. Make them sweat for those thumbs!
Lol, I don't care either way, was just trying to be helpful. And I'm willing to admit to being wrong... given that I'm proven wrong.
The show originated in Japan, but this episode was the American version.
Then that proves my point, doesn't it? He said Japanese, and I said the show itself was American.
But you're the one trying to assert a fact which means proof is your burden.
Proof is in fact not my burden due to the fact that I frankly just don't give a damn and was just trying to be helpful.
Asserting information with no source proof or citation isn't super helpful, Sorry.

No, you asserted that those places are the ones in which this clip resides, however you didn't cite any information that proves the clip is from those things.
"What do you mean I didn't cite anything to prove the war on terror? I mentioned Iraq"
"What do you mean I didn't cite anything to prove the war on terror? I mentioned Iraq"
I disagree, citing the location such things can be found and then dropping the subject and letting him/her pursue the knowledge was my intent. The whole goal here was just to explain it wasn't the japanese show and where to look to see. I'm sorry if you don't find this super hyeylypyfyuyl.
they made the claim, they have the burden of proof!

What in the name of all that is holy did you just roll?
That's ridiculous. She'll probably get off with a warning, though.

You're overthinking this. He is just a child being edgy.
That is a tad bit extreme. On the other hand Im all for equality so she would probably leave with a black eye.
Well where I come from a hit and run is a penal offence that will lead to at least a huge ass fine and a criminal record. She smashes his car and drives off so yeah

Oh yes, she was simply trying to scare the car by smashing its windows out. Obviously she'll get acquitted!
>attempted manslaughter
Isn't manslaughter negligence leading to death? How would you attempt to accidentally kill someone?

Well apparently that's right because look at this bitch.

Not only that, but she's going to be sued directly for the damages. Not just for the direct damages, but any time it take out of his life to get them fixed. Plus emotional damages...which he could easily get because he almost got run down.
Sadly, the real reason he probably won't get much of anything is because people who make stupid ass decisions like this don't make much money.

She's driving a Mercedes so she probably has some money, or is in debt up to her eyes. So, with the video evidence, he could either make a good chunk of change off of her stupidity and violence or destroy her financially for at least a decade. She both destroyed his car, causing at least several thousand dollars in damages, and attempted to hit him with her car, which could be argued is attempted murder but would most likely end up in court being called something like vehicular assault. At the very least she should have her license taken away, be fined and forced to pay for all damages and receive a few months of jail time and/or house arrest. At worse, she could lose her license, have to pay fines, damages and some form of restitution and be forced to server several years in jail, but she is unlikely to serve much if any jail time unless she has done this before.
The charge would be "Attempted Second-Degree Homicide" That could be a 5-15 year sentence depending on the state. Most likely it wasn't a premeditated attempt, but if you can prove that she planned it out days in advance then you can get a First Degree charge, which is a much harder sentence.

Do we have some context on what the hell happened in this video?
From browsing around,
> he's a dad? 2 Kids possibly.
> Dating or married to the woman driving the car.
> Something happened between them, and it fell apart.
> She opened a court case against him about something.
> He let her into his house again to collect her stuff.
> after leaving, opens another court case alleging he molested her during her visit.
> Eventually drops both cases when it gets serious.
> Arrives back at house, keys car, smashes window on house
> leaves
> guy goes outside to inspect damage ... and the rest you see
Don't have a lot of info on this video - it's likely fresh

probably to make it look like a fight? to back her molestation claims maybe.
Nearly hit him while looking at damage to his car, immediately drives off ( could possibly count as hit and run) appears to come back with something in her hands(crowbar maybe?) in a threatening manner, looks like she then bashed in his windows, all caught on film, dis crazy is going to lose a lot of money.
That's more attempted murder than simple hit and run. Damage someone's car then wait for them to come out, then try to run them over. This bitch would be in jail And paying for all damages to the car(s) if I was filming this.
nice, attempted murder + destruction of property AND recorded !
She gonna suffer.

Ah yes, someone filming, if ever there was a better audience for attempted murder and destruction of property I have yet to find it.

Are women totally incapable of controlling emotions? I know you see plenty of men flip **** like this, but you always see many, many more women acting like this.
And this is why i'm glad the over reacting bitches are women, cause if guys were as crazy as women then we'd have war every day, but with women the worst they can do with their bare hands is hit you as hard as a pebble would feel being thrown at you.
Never give power to crazy people, give power to people who can handle it

The United States has been at war almost continually since 1776. In the past 236 years we have been fighting some type of conflict for 214 years or about 90% of the time.

I remember reading somewhere that Soap Operas were made to help alleviate emotional problems for women, and since more women work more they're having more problems to control their emotions. Correlation, not causation of course, and obviously there are more issues that cause women to go crazy.
I always thought it was because the world today makes them feel like they can get away with anything growing up purely because they're female. Even the law tends to be lenient, and god forbid you hit a woman, even in the name of self defense.
I mean, let's think about men on an experience level. If someone talks **** and threatens or picks a fight, do they just passive aggressively insult each other and slap each other like woman do? Nope.
They full on punch, bruise, and hurt the **** out of each other. That was especially more common back in the day 30 years ago.
What if the only reason woman can't control their emotions as well, is because they don't, and I know this is ****** up to say, but.... What if it's because they don't suffer as much consequence for it as men do? We're not above what happens to mice during "shock experiments" is what i'm getting at.
I'm not saying woman should get abused, nobody should, i'm just saying, when you have that one bitch who get pissy and says, "Ill have my boyfriend beat you up." You should say, "Fight your own fights."
If she slaps you or something, deck the bitch.
I mean, pretend it was a dude saying he'd get his friend to kick your ass, and then he tried doing the same thing, wouldn't you punch him?

no matter how pissed off you are. if you are hurt emotionally iut doesnt give u the right to attack someone physically. women are special idiots who believe they can do whatever they want when they feel and have to suffer no consequences
You're one of them special idiots aren't you. Don't lie.
Video evidence against simply her word. Laywered > Crazy bitch
Not really. Women only have the upper hand when it's about custody or rape. Assault, murder, robbery and all that crap punishes pretty much everyone equally. Unless she's rich, she's going down.
