I don't get it anymore tho.
Wyvern: no wings or unusable wings born as unusable.
shenlong: Asian flying snek.
Dragon 4 limbs + 2 wings
Drake: 2 limbs + 2 paw/wings typicly smaller than a dragon as an adult.
I get that it's all mythical and that the definitions shouldn't matter but it just bothers me that for example "skyrim" envolves all around dragons but they're drakes. Dragon in LoL? Drake 2 limbs + wings on frontpaws.

Dragons with 2 legs were common even in medieval times. That dragons have 4 legs, and wyverns 2, was something that came later in time. A better distinction is that dragons are more powerful and intelligent, while wyverns are "mere animals" if you get what I mean. Wyverns for the most part can't breath fire either.
Otherwise, it is pretty much whatever the creator/artist says it is. A bit annoying, I know.

I'm sorry if i keep on ******* up your comps. I just hope people will just find some cool wallpapers for them to use
When Drawing dragons, I find the best thing you can do is have other landscapes/objects around to demonstrate their size effectively.
The one with the boat on the river does this amazingly.

Thanks, fam. If I can do this at 19, think of what I'll be capable of at 29
Eastern*
Western is the typical 4 limbs + 2 wings. What you have is shenlong. Typical Asian version.

Well I'm mad because I know that difference but I just posted without thinking. But yeah, Dragons are way cooler than Wyverns.
Those extra legs make them feel so tough and heavy.

I love pictures like these.
But how the **** does a single knight kill a dragon?! I've not read a book yet where someone takes one down in a one to one fight with only a sword and without any magical ******* aiding the guy. Anyone have any ideas how a knight would kill a dragon cos I'm kinda working on a story.

Here. Grigori is the best dragon. i still enjoy that epic boss fight.
Haven't gotten around to it, all I know is that if I trade too much the Dragon ships me with a loli or an old, fat man.

Sorta related, does anyone remember a ps2 game where you ride a red dragon that grows as you progress? You get it at the beginning of the game because you're near death or something. I think it had hacknslash mechanics but I can't remember exactly, however, I do recall its story being weird as frick.
Drakengard maybe?

Yep, giant demon babies at the end. That's definitely it.
I'm gonna give it another shot eventually. It looks fun and I'm sure there's a lot of stuff I missed as a kid.
