Yes its ******* horrible to falsely accuse someone of rape, but I don't see what good comes out of making it seem like its so common.

this is one of the few sites where ANY opposition to "rape culture" is freely mentioned everywhere else is a cut and paste stack of articles about how 33% of college women will be raped using fake numbers and anyone who calls them out on it is bombarded with threats,doxxes, and silenced. Except for a few choice autist here i dont believe anyone here would actually discredit a womans rape claim to their face, however "Innocent until proven guilty" should be more than just a slogan and people should hold their judgements of the accused until after the trial/case is resolved.

Hey, maybe if everyone didn't think they had a right to abuse women for choosing to have sex in the first place, they wouldn't cry rape when "they get caught". Absurd that they should have to live in fear of being "caught" by society for doing whatever they like, as long as it's legal and hurts no one. Give her the rights of men, freedom and respect to do what she wants in her life, a lot of this "auto self defense pass the blame quick stuff" would stop.

01:30 hrs - Hands inside trousers and groped bottom. Hands in purse, stolen mobile phone and groped everywhere.
03:40 hrs - A group of 20 northafrican men put their hands in the trousers' front side. Stolen wallet.
04:15 hrs - Suspect have repeatedly groped between the legs (the man have been arrested)
Besides the abovementioned situations, the following events/incidents occurred:

anon (01/13/2016) [-] It's alarming how much sheer hatred of women goes on, all my life I've noticed this and wondered when the women would ever fight back. Well, now they are and the men act all hurt, shocked and surprised. Hurt feelings for too long is entirely why the culture has flipped over wrong from the usual wrong lately, just in self defense and "right back at cha'. Men started the use and abuse of women, for centuries, and they should stop it, and I'll bet the women would too if they were not pushed anymore. Women are just biting the men in the ass with their own medicine as far as what's happening in society today. When we become protective of each other, companions as it was meant to be, instead of gender teams that disrespect and hurt our other halves, only then will things be right.

This isn't something nearly as politically charged as race or religion; bias in investigation is rare. One could argue that defamation of character is much more serious when sexual violence is involved, though.
