But it's impossible for a woman to rape a man. She doesn't even have a penis...

funpunk (8 hours ago) [-] Or just holding him down and getting on top of him. It's a lose-lose situation. If you just lie back and think of England, you become a rape victim. If you defend yourself, she could go to the cops and claim that you raped her. And she'll have the bruises to "prove it". And the especially ********* ones will rape you, then go to the cops and say you raped her. And they'll have the DNA to "prove" it.
I don't believe in casual sex, but if you don't pay attention to the signs, even a girl you've been with for a while could pull this **** . My own mother once said to me "Women are crazy, man." For context, she was telling me that I should never tell people if I have a lot of money, especially any girls I might be dating.

The scary thing is, I'm not a big guy, or an overly strong guy, so I could very easily be held down. The only way I could defend myself is with more violence than most people would need.
So clearly the trick is to murder your rapist and hide the body very well.

infinitereaper (8 hours ago) [-] It's pretty sad that feminists have managed to influence the law and say, that basically "only men can rape" which is absurd. Rape is sex without consent, male or female. Penetration or not. Like that Russian girl who captured a thief fed him Viagra and ****** him all night.
Women called her some sort of hero, but had it been a man, oh no that would be a **** storm.
Same **** with all those scandals, Jarad, Cosby, it's all I see now. Cases where women are accused of the same **** , and they'll get a slap on a wrist, vastly lesser sentences and most people don't even give a **** . Everywhere I ******* look, I just see the same double standards and utter ******** .
Isn't a wonderful world we live in?

Well, they only get away with that because people believe it themselves. It's like that South Park episode, men often think other men can't be raped by women because they can't imagine it being unpleasant.
Ironically, people who claim to be for the abolition of traditional roles are the ones that exploit them more than anyone.

Ex's family (not the Ex, she had my back) accused me of raping her when I was at her place alone with her when we were both in highschool. We wound up just chilling in the living room watching anime and made out a bit. All in all though, that pretty much ended the relationship.
Poor girl, she'll have a hard time with guys if her family is made out of these ******* retards.
you see what happens when women are outside the kitchen? getting raped, so i'd pretty much guess the kitchen is their safe space.
that may look like a lot on paper
but considering the amount of people in the US alone, that's nothing. at all.
there's more people living in my (small) apartment complex, than is listed on this content.
people are wrongly accused of crimes every day. not just in terms of rape. and not just men.
it's ****** up, but it doesn't mean we should tell someone who claims they were raped, that they're lying until they can prove it.

Then what happens? Are you guilty until proven innocent or innocent until proven guilty? In many cases, the very second someone is publicly accused for rape, they may as well be guilty, because society already shames them.
There's very little stopping a girl from just pointing at a guy and saying that he raped her with some make-up and waterworks.

yes, we should
but we need to not let these ******** claims by a few mentally unstable people, change how we treat rape victims. or they will be the ones killing themselves.

Obviously you investigate each claim seriously and thoroughly. But just as the way it is with any crime, you should need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it happened and that they are the party at fault. Once someone is criminalized in the media, they are as good as guilty to everyone else, regardless of actual evidence
But in most of these headlines the perpetrator was caught or confessed. It's a more serious thing to lie about than most anything else, but it sounds more like part of the American and British culture of suing anyone for anything on a whim.
these are the ones who have been caught.
Think of the situation like an ant infestation. You might only see a handful, but in the walls there are hundreds. What's worse is that we are being told to "listen and believe", aka not ask the women making these claims to validate them.

But a false claim of a crime is, by definition, made aware to others, so police need to investigate it. This isn't something nearly as politically charged as race or religion; bias in investigation is rare. One could argue that defamation of character is much more serious when sexual violence is involved, though.

All joking aside, I've had several people close to me be raped, and it's honestly changed my perspective on the matter. On one hand, I agree it's ******** that tons of women make false accusations, and they get away with ruining someone's life because they regret having sex with a dude, or just use it as a way to get what they want. On the other hand, I want victims of rape to be taken extremely seriously, because that kind of thing changes a person. So I don't know, half the time I can't tell if people really do have super polarized opinions on the matter, or if everyone is extremely jaded.
I know man, far to may people circlejerking this mentality have never come into contact with rape in any way and have no way of knowing the kinds of suffering it induces and have no place in debating it until people break logic. And while i have had multiple people close to me either get raped or almost, we agree that the trauma is no excuse to ignore logic outside of therapy.
Not only is their attitude disgustingly unfair towards the men involved, it also makes life infinitely more difficult for people who are legitimately raped. The default reaction is going to be "she's making it up", which isn't okay either.

I think y'all have to realize the culture before this was in fact ignore women and shame them/don't take rape accusation seriously causing a stigma against reporting rape or sexual assault hence the idea of rape culture existing in our culture (it sure did at one point). Obviously this is too far in the other direction though.

This is where I find myself. I'm currently being investigated by the police for something I didn't do. The worst bit is you can't do **** about it. They've had my phone since the start of October.
It would not surprise me if some of the women in Köln were lying about being assaulted just because they hate immigrants, and can easily get away with it. not denying it happened, but maybe to a lesser extent. i will embrace the red thumbs
As someone from Boston, the "utterly wicked" thing in the left hand column 9 rows down sounds hysterical. "Wicked" is a slang term for great here, so all I'm envisioning is a judge saying "That **** was wicked ****** pissa" to her, in an effort to congratulate her. Also, it's kind of horrifying how many times people lied multiple times before being punished: one of them is listed as having falsely accused five men before being jailed, another eleven men, and two more two men (and one of them was spared any jail time).

I have family who works in welfare and told me an unbelievable story this morning I thought I'd share... because Feminism.
She said, a woman came in reapplying for cash benefits. She has two kids with the "baby daddy" she's with now, she's already getting some form of benefits for the kids in welfare, and now she found out she can force her the husband she left to be with "baby daddy" to pay for the kids under state law.
Think about that next time you want to get married, guys...

From what I understand she's open about them not being his kids, but because she just left and they never filed for formal divorce (yet, at least) the law says he has to pay regardless. That's pretty messed up if you ask me.

Why am I getting reds for this? At least provide some thoughtful counter arguments/reasons for your apparent disagreement. Heck, I'm not even making a bold statement beyond "this happens, be aware." What's wrong with you people?
